1.1. MUSIC VOLUME ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual*, royalty-free synchronization license to use audio Tracks from the MV.ICU catalog ("Licensed Content") in audiovisual works ("Projects").
*Perpetual: subject to compliance with these terms. Revocable upon material breach.
1.2. This license is granted at NO COST. Revenue sharing through Content ID is a separate arrangement governed by the Payout Terms.
You MAY use Licensed Content in:
You MAY NOT:
4.1. ALL Licensed Content is registered in YouTube's Content ID system through our distribution partner, our Content ID distribution partner.
4.2. Videos using Licensed Content WILL receive a Content ID claim. This is an intended and expected outcome, NOT an error.
4.3. A Content ID claim is NOT a copyright strike. Claims do not affect your YouTube channel standing, Community Guidelines status, or ability to upload videos.
4.4. Content ID claims enable revenue sharing. Ad revenue generated by the claim is collected and distributed according to the Payout Terms.
4.5. You agree NOT to dispute Content ID claims placed by MUSIC VOLUME or our Content ID distribution partner on videos using Licensed Content. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.
5.1. Attribution is OPTIONAL but appreciated.
5.2. Recommended attribution format for video descriptions:

5.3. Adding the attribution snippet ACCELERATES tracking of your video in our system but does NOT affect Content ID detection or payout eligibility.
6.1. Licensed Content remains the exclusive property of MUSIC VOLUME or the respective uploading creator (for Community Tracks).
6.2. This license grants USAGE RIGHTS only. No transfer of copyright, moral rights, or ownership occurs.
6.3. You own your original creative content (video, narration, graphics). We claim no rights over your original work.
7.1. Each Track may include associated cover art (minimum 1400×1400 pixels).
7.2. Cover art is provided for identification and promotional purposes only.
7.3. You may use the cover art in video thumbnails and credits when using the associated Track.
7.4. You may NOT use cover art separately from the Track for any commercial purpose.
8.1. Some Tracks in our catalog may have been created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools under commercial licenses, and subsequently processed, arranged, and mastered by human operators.
8.2. All Tracks undergo human review and significant audio transformation before catalog inclusion. All tracks are generated under commercial licenses granting full ownership and synchronization rights to Music Volume Ltd.
8.3. Regardless of creation method, all Tracks are registered as original works in the Content ID system and are treated identically under this license.
9.1. We warrant that we have the right to license the Platform Tracks in our catalog.
9.2. For Community Tracks, the uploading user warrants their rights. We perform reasonable review but cannot guarantee the originality of user-submitted content.
9.3. IF a Licensed Track is found to infringe third-party rights, we will:
9.4. We are NOT liable for any consequential damages, lost opportunities, or costs arising from Content ID claims, claim disputes, or Track removal.
10.1. Your license for a specific Track continues perpetually as long as:
10.2. You may continue using previously downloaded Tracks in EXISTING published content even after account termination.
10.3. Upon account termination, you may NOT use downloaded Tracks in NEW projects.
