MUSIC VOLUME (MV.ICU) — DMCA Policy

1. Commitment


MUSIC VOLUME respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), EU Directive 2019/790, and applicable Polish law.




2. Reporting Copyright Infringement


If you believe that content available on or through MV.ICU infringes your copyright, submit a notice to our designated agent with:


1. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

3. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (Track MV-code or URL)

4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification


If your Track was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with:


1. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake

4. Your name, address, phone number

5. Consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or Wroclaw, Poland if outside the US)

6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

4. Processing Timeline





5. Repeat Infringers


We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. An account with 3 or more valid DMCA complaints will be permanently terminated.




6. Content ID Claim Disputes


6.1. If your YouTube video received a Content ID claim from MUSIC VOLUME and you believe it was placed in error (you did NOT use our music), contact support@mv.icu with your video URL and we will investigate.


6.2. Do NOT dispute the claim through YouTube until you have contacted us. Fraudulent YouTube disputes may result in account restrictions.


6.3. If the claim was placed correctly (your video DOES contain our music), the claim is intended and enables revenue sharing. See our Content License Agreement.






MUSIC VOLUME (MV.ICU) — Community Upload Terms


Effective Date: March 1, 2026




1. Who Can Upload


1.1. Any registered user with a verified account may submit Tracks for inclusion in the shared catalog.


1.2. Uploaders must be at least 18 years old.




2. Requirements for Uploaded Tracks


2.1. Originality. The Track must be your original creation. You must own 100% of the rights. Tracks containing samples, loops, or elements from third-party libraries (even royalty-free ones) are NOT permitted unless you can demonstrate exclusive rights.


2.2. Technical specifications:


2.3. Cover art: recommended 1400×1400 pixels, JPEG or PNG. If not provided, a default cover will be generated.

3. Review Process


3.1. Uploaded Tracks enter a review queue.


3.2. Our team reviews for: audio quality, originality (Content ID fingerprint check), compliance with these terms, and Content ID eligibility.


3.3. Review takes approximately 5-14 business days.


3.4. Tracks may be rejected for: poor quality, copyright concerns, duplicate fingerprint, or policy violations. We will notify you of the reason.




4. Revenue Split


4.1. For Community Tracks published to the shared catalog:

4.2. Uploader earnings are calculated quarterly and paid per the Payout Terms.




5. Rights Grant


5.1. By uploading, you grant MUSIC VOLUME a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to:


5.2. You RETAIN ownership of the underlying composition and recording.


5.3. You may continue using the Track in your own projects.


5.4. You may NOT license the same Track through competing platforms while it is active in our catalog.




6. Removal


6.1. You may request removal of your Track at any time by emailing uploads@mv.icu.


6.2. Upon request:


6.3. We reserve the right to remove Tracks at any time for policy violations, quality concerns, or copyright disputes.
